The ELPAC Overview is available for downloading directly to your computer for local playback by selecting the blue arrow icon 
in the lower right corner of the player. The videos are formatted as MPEG4 (MP4) files and can be played back using most current media players and are compatible with most mobile/tablet video players. In addition, you may download the SubRip format CC file to provide local captioning if your video player supports it.
If you do not have a compatible video player or wish to use one which supports the SubRip format CC file, using the free, open-source VLC Media Player is suggested.
